Microsoft and Google Join Fight Terrorists and other criminal activities. Software companies that also compete in the search engine industry that wants to prevent the use of Internet by terrorist groups to conduct various activities, including potential terrorist recruitment.

Microsoft and Google comes in a two-day meeting in Seattle with the software giant Cisco and Symantec to find ways to reduce the terrorist activities in cyberspace. The meeting was chaired by the Commission on Work of the United Nations (UN).
