Building a business Success is a lot of his art. When it comes to business moves high level, sometimes we even forget the rules or the basic keys, especially when asked to provide business mentoring to those who had just started its business.

Jan B. King wrote a book entitled "Business Plans to Game Plans: A Practical System for Turning Strategies into Actions". In his book, he describes some of the main keys to success that apply to any small business start-up. The below are a few:

1. Make each product generate profits. Do not let anyone off losses.

2. Keep trying to reduce overhead cost. Note that if true between need and who really needed significantly.

3. Create new products while maintaining the high quality of existing products. Ask for feedback from customers.

4. Find and retain high value customers; use the 80:20 rule.

5. Create and maintain customer satisfaction levels. Give anything that exceeds expectations.

If Jan B. King gave five (actually in the book's more), Greg Reworth give seven, then Brian Tracy's only giving three. Talk about the key business success, he said that there are only three keys to starting and building a successful business, achieve personal prosperity, and get rich.

The first key is to find the product or services people want and need and they are willing to pay a price that allows you to gain profits.

The second key is to aggressively market and sell products or services in sufficient quantity so that you obtain adequate benefits and allows you to repeat and repeat the process again.

The third key is to learn how to manage, regulate, and calculate your income and expenses.

More than 90 businesses have weaknesses and problematic issue of one or more of the three keys at the top. To evaluate yourself, please you give your business a score in the range 1 to 10 on three key criteria above.
